With 18 years of experience in the fitness industry as a Can Fit Pro fitness instructor and personal trainer, I've helped countless individuals transform their lives through exercise. I specialize in older adult fitness but can challenge anyone aged 4-100 and am dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals, whether it's building strength, improving endurance, or simply feeling better in your own skin.
